Non Academic Establishment Division
The Non Academic Establishments Division is one of the most important Divisions in the University. The main function of this division is to facilitate providing human resources.
Responsibilities /Functions
- Management of cadre of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Recruitment of permanent, contract, assignment basis Administrative & Non Academic staff.
- Maintaining the personal files of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Confirmation of the permanent Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Promotion of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- All matters related to leave & attendance of the administrative & non-academic staff.
- Granting annual increments of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Handling matters related to Salary revision of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Issuing of service reports & confidential reports for the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Internal & External transfers of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff
- Handling matters related to Uniforms Administrative & Non-Academic staff
- Issuing University Identity Cards for the permanent Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Retirements, Resignations & Vacation of Post of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Releasing termination benefits such as Provident fund, Pension fund, E.T.F, Gratuity of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Handling matters related to all Union of Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Handling Insurance to Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
- Handling student of vocational training & issuing training certificate.
- Granting of Long Service Awards.
