The Rajarata University of Sri Lanka launched its first University Calendar for the year 2022/2023 on 19th December 2022, at the  Senate Hall of the University. The Launching Ceremony was graced by the presence of Prof. G.A.S. Ginigaddara, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Deans of the Faculties, the Registrar, the Librarian, and other Academic and Non-academic staff members. The University Calendar was prepared under the guidance of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. G.A.S. Ginigaddara..

The University Calendar encapsulates the university’s history and evolution, authorities, and officers, faculties and academic programs, university academic staff and administrative staff, library services, units and centers, various other facilities and services, and university policies, rules, and regulations.

The Coordinating Editor of the University Calendar was Dr. P.R. Weerathunga, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accountancy and Finance of the Faculty of Management Studies. Additionally, Coordinators appointed from each faculty, unit, center, and library made it possible to prepare the university calendar through their tireless efforts and excellent coordination in gathering the necessary information.
