The Certificate of Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) program’s certificate awarding event for the ninth batch of academic staff members took place on April 6, 2023, in the Staff Development Center’s auditorium. Twenty Rajarata academic faculty members, nine ine students from the University of Vavuniya, two from Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka earned certificates in 2022 for successfully completing the program.
The event’s chief guest was Prof. (Mrs.) G.A.S. Ginigaddara, Vice chancellor of Sri Lanka’s Rajarata University. Participants included the deans of the faculties and Dr. Lalith Senarathna, director of the SDC.
