In a bid to combat the rising threat of dengue fever in the country, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka concluded a highly successful Shramadana campaign on 12th Friday 2024 from 8.30 am to 10.00 am at all premises of the University under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Mrs.) GAS. Ginigaddara. This Shramadana campaign aimed at preventing the spread of the disease within its campus and involved various activities such as cleaning up stagnant water, clearing clogged drains, and disposing of waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Students from different faculties, alongside academic and non-academic university staff, actively participated in the campaign, showcasing their unwavering commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of the University community.
