Through the kind assistance of Sri Lanka’s Health Minister, Mr. Keheliya Rambukwella, Rajarata University Chancellor Most Venerable Chief Incumbent of Ruwanveliseya, Ethala Wetunawawe Gunanathilaka Thero was able to donate an ambulance to the university. The Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, which has six faculties spread across three sites, had been in need of this for an extended period. On July 26, 2023, in conjunction with the university’s convocation ceremony, the Vice Chancellor, Professor (Mrs.) G.A.S. Ginigaddara, the University registrar, Mr. A.M.G.B. Abeysinghe, and the Deans of the faculties officially welcomed the ambulance to Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.
